Juno response #3
I think after reading Juno, the writer is right about this movie. That it is somewhat believable, yet some parts are not so much. To me this is probably not a movie for children to watch, more for the mature audience. The parts that are not believable are when Juno, tells the lady that is going to adopt Juno's baby, she says if I could give it to you now trust me I would. Juno acts like it is not a big deal to just give up her baby, and to me I think that is not real at all. Why, because giving up your baby is very hard, think about it, it is a baby you just gave birth to and cared for 9 to 10 months. Another is when she gets smart with her dad, most teens that get smart with their dads get smacked or in huge trouble. In my experience I would never do that, I know better then to do that. Some parts that are real are in high school, most kids do make fun of teens that are pregnant during high school.I mean probably not so much now, since high school pregnancy is a high rate thing now. But back 5 to 10 years ago teens would make fun of them. Another is when the father of Juno's baby is embarrassed of Juno being pregnant, and wants nothing to do with her. That is most defiantly real, because that happens in the real world as well.
