Career Path

I always wanted to become a kindergarten teacher while growing up. When my mom use to babysit when I was in Elementary school, I use to play school with the babysitting kids. By doing that made me want to become a teacher even more.  By the time I started high school I got the chance to take SUCCESS which was a class, where you could go help out at a career center that you would wanna do after college. This class was nice because it helped you save money, because if you did not like that certain job then you would know ahead of time instead of spending money in college and finding out after you wasted your money in college that the career you paid for is not for you.  Once I was finally a senior in high school (which is the year they offered that specific class) they cancelled it. So I never got to see if I would ever really like being a kindergarten teacher.  When the school did that it made me really mad cause that is the class I always looked forward to when I would became a senior in high school. So since they took that class away, I still needed a high school credit, so that is when I decided to take anatomy. When I took anatomy I was only taking it so I could have enough classes to graduate, I never thought it would make me wanna change the career I wanted to go into after we started learning about how the body works and the bones. But it did, after taking anatomy I decided that I really loved studying bones and how the body works. So I talked to my anatomy teacher Mr. Klaus about it and he told me some different types of careers that dealt with bones and how the body works.  The one that really sounded interesting to me was Radiology, so that night I started looking up information about Radiology and decided I would give it a try. So now that I am in college I am really looking forward to take the anatomy class in college.  I am also looking forward to graduating college and starting my career as a Radiologist.
